Governance
Governance and trust
Trust is not assumed. It is built through rules, transparency, accountability and consistent behaviour.
Governance principles
The network is built on clear separation of governance and operations, transparent decision-making, member accountability and professional standards.
Transparency commitments
Governance documents, financial summaries and operational decisions are published to members. Annual transparency reports are standard.
Data protection and opt-in directory
Member data is used only for communication, administration, events and member services. Directory visibility is strictly opt-in. Data is never sold or shared without consent.
Conflict of interest
A published conflict-of-interest policy requires declaration of interests, transparent supplier relationships and recusal where appropriate.
Political neutrality
The network does not align with any political party, movement or agenda in the UK or Romania. Focus remains on professional community, collaboration and constructive engagement.
Sponsorship principles
Sponsorship is accepted only where it aligns with member interests and does not compromise independence, governance or editorial integrity.
Representation and mandate
The network does not claim to represent all Romanian health professionals in the UK. Representative authority is earned through membership, participation and clear mandate.
Moderation and professional conduct
All network spaces are moderated professionally. Constructive discussion is encouraged; personal attacks, political campaigning and unsubstantiated claims are not permitted.
